How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes about a minute.

1. Open Senior Games Hub on the website or in the Android app.
2. Go to Profile and sign in with the email address or Google account you use for the games.
3. Scroll down to Delete account and choose Delete account.
4. Read the message, then choose Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, your Google account ID if you used Google, and your display name.
• All your game results, stats and streaks.
• Your scores on the leaderboard.
• Every device that is signed in to your account. Each one is signed out.
• The sign-in codes we sent to your email address.

When it happens

Your account is deleted straight away, and this cannot be undone. Our server logs, which may include your IP address, are kept for up to 90 days and then removed. Your name can stay on the leaderboard for up to one minute.

If you played as a guest

A guest has no account to sign in to. Clear this site’s data in your browser, or uninstall the app, to remove the guest ID from your device. Email us if you also want the copy on our server deleted.

If you cannot sign in

Email us at [email protected] from the email address you signed in with. We will delete your account and its data within 30 days.
